Our farming practices are guided by sustainability and care for the earth. Through intercropping and 100% organic cultivation-free from pesticides and chemical fertilizers-we ensure that every product is grown the way nature intended. Where Tradition Meets Modern Taste ! From farm to table, we maintain the highest standards. Our products are carefully packed in a hygienic facility, where 80% of our workforce is made up of women contributing across various roles. We also prioritize environmentally friendly packaging to reduce our impact on the planet.

Founded by Ms. Elizabeth Joseph (UAE), the brand represents a meaningful transformation-bringing a refreshing shift from modern, fast-paced food culture back to authentic, traditional flavors, crafted with care, passion, and love. With deep roots in Junagadh, Gujarat (India), her story reflects a strong sense of purpose, heritage, and belonging.
A chef by passion and an influencer by nature, Elizabeth draws inspiration from her upbringing as the daughter of Forest Researcher Mr. T.C. Joseph and the granddaughter of Mr. Chacko, a dedicated farmer from Thekkedathupadckal Mallapally, Kerala (India). This rich legacy fuels her commitment to reconnect people with nature and the origins of their food.
Her vision is to build a genuine connection between farms, nature, and communities, while thoughtfully expanding into diverse food and beverage categories in the years ahead.
